Refund policy

JEWELRY: I will gladly accept returns within 7 days of the package being marked DELIVERED and must be contacted within that time. The items must be unworn and in the same condition you received them. Once all items are returned to me and inspected only then will I issue a refund for the jewelry piece. Shipping charges are NOT refundable and will be taken from the total. (Even if shipping was free the cost I paid will be deducted)  

BOTANICAL OILS AND SCRUBS: Due to the nature of these items I will not accept returns or exchanges. (Even if the seal is not broken) If an item is damaged during delivery, please send me a photo so I can remedy the situation. I do NOT accept returns based on allergic reactions. 

I am not liable for items lost in the mail but I will gladly do everything in my power to help you track down the item or let you know the process you should take with the postal service.
