Shipping policy

Ready-made items are ready to ship within 3-5 business days. (Often times I ship next day unless on weekends)  I do my best to meet these deadlines.  In the event your piece needs alterations the ship time extends to 1-2 weeks. Please note I am the only one behind all the magic and sometimes thing happen. In the event of delayed shipment, I will contact you immediately. 

It is your responsibility to make sure your address is accurate and current upon check out. I often time will package an item same day or next day so if not informed immediately of a correction this may result in you not receiving your package.

I am not liable for items lost in the mail, but I will gladly do everything in my power to help you track down the item or let you know the process you should take with the postal service.  If you would like to add insurance after the fact, please let me know and I will send you an invoice for the difference. But once it leaves my hands it is no longer in my control.  

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on the country of origin and carrier selected. I do not set these rates. 

International buyers please be aware of your countries custom fees and policies. All items are shipped with a customs label and accurate description of the item. There are no exceptions. I will not falsify any information, please do not ask.
