This piece was created using the Tiffany technique! (Some are antiqued for an ancient look) This technique is a hand forming of melted lead free combination silver solder over copper or brass. This technique is a very unique method that gives the piece an ancient organic look! These pieces will never look prefect nor are they meant to.
The Solder I use is a lead free combination metal (96% tin/4% silver) and may not be suitable for persons with metal sensitivities. I do have a metal coating I can apply if needed. Please send me a message or leave note to seller if you're in need of this. There is no charge.
Most stones I use are natural unless otherwise stated. This means they will have natural inclusions (dark specs), fissures (look similar to cracks) and markings through out the stones. These can range from cloudiness to colorful orbs (gases that were trapped during it's creation) but to me this is what makes them so beautiful. Just like us they all went through a different growing environment that shaped them into the beautiful crystals they are today. The marks are not imperfections but merely their identities
